hm, I have magical coach too and I have outstanding junior :D
So, it is hard to say, where is the problem....

Yeah, i mean i got Cengiz with this coach who was unearthly junior, but in the last 2 seasons doesn't matter how good they start the max i get is excellent, it's like my academy is bugged!
it is called bad luck .. same here .. thats why i closed my youth school, but there are plenty users in my country so no big loss
yeah, in Kypros it is a little bit problem :-(
the investment is too small to close the academy. With 30 places and the coach we are talking 1 million per season
+1 And surely you never know what junior you will get..
