Iam planning to train technique the whole season starting after 2 weeks so it could not have been better pull!!!!!!

In Division A, Its my opinion ..... that older men are doing their job better ..... I still have a few young players that I have to train in advance so Vamvakas did not had a place in my team....

ok fine, just remember, that the most money can be earned by training of young players and money received from sponsors is nothing in copare to it

for me it is better to be in 4th division and have millions euro from training players, even if Im losing 250k euro each week, i have always few millions on account thanks to the sales of trained players ;)
if i was playing in 2nd division, but didnt have good training players, i would be in much worse situation for me

and this is for everyone, who are spending big money in old players and dont have good coaches and training players: you are doing big mistake !

something new guys ? I got 2 solid and 2 formidable juniors today .. but all of them were useless .. and i was waiting on this for 9 weeks :S

in the junior school, what talent and above should i be keeping players, and when should i fire them (for example if their talent is about 6)

you should look only on outcoming level of that junior. He can be excellent junior with talent 8, but with good skill distribution and age you can earn pretty goad money

absolute minimum should be good level, at the beginning of season for 16yrs its average

someone must cursed cypriot junior schools :/

at least something from Anorthosis, he is not the 16yr, but i think he worths to take for defending training and find his talent ..
