Yes I agreed for striker at the first stage....but passing is very important to strikers also

no it is not

striking + pace + technique are very important

the other skills are usefull, but they are not neccessary

very nice ! I would only fire that unsatisfactory 6, because he can came maximal weak and from that level cant come good junior

Yes you are right......I will surely come up to the level of 30 juniors with some patience...and for the time being I am looking for a better junior coach than outstanting...
