i have a player which initial skills were:

good 24

After 8 weeks, the player has not skilled up, so at best i guess he will skill up two more to very good. i will have to spend another 16 x 4 = 64k for this player and i am not sure that i am expected to make that much from him (given the low prices i have sold juniors until now).


Is it a wise choice to keep him till the end at the cost of 64k, (and a spot in my JS which will probably be full soon) or it might be better in some occastions to fire the players since the cost of developing them is actually higher than their expected value?

Average junior with 2 weeks in junior school,not bad,i got free spots so i can train him a bit in play and then passing

that average looks better than adequate, unfortunately none of them is 16y which would made them much more valuable

is he worth training or will ore be better off to just replace him with another player?
