if you wont train pace, then try to find buyer who will train him, no blind sell

Οι νεαροί σου είναι πολύ καλοί, εξαρτάται φυσικά από το ταλέντο τους. Καλό είναι να περιμένεις να δείς το διάστημα μεταξύ του πρώτου και του δεύτερου pop up (αυτό είναι το ταλέντο τους) και μετά να τους απορρίψεις. Το μίνιμουμ ταλέντο είναι το 3.

Μπορείς να απορρίψεις και από την αρχή κάποιον. Δηλαδή, αν έχεις κάποιον τραγικό - 10 εβδομάδες να τον απορρίψεις. Αλλά πάλι, μπορεί να είναι ταλεντάρα, οπόταν καλό είναι να περιμένεις να το εξακριβώσεις και μετά.

Εμένα ο καλύτερος μου νέος θα είναι σε 10 εδομάδες (Σπουδαίος). Τώρα είναι άριστος, ξεκίνησε από αδύναμος 30 εβδομάδες και έχει ταλέντο 3.

you have many good youth school, you dont have any stars but generally i would say your school is probably better than me, because i keep many worse players there.
on your economy depends only how good youth coach you can afford, you cannot save more money on junior places
