Subject: Kypros Juniors
NEWS :A modification from the previous system is that your junior coach’s general skill now decides on exactly how the total skills of each junior are determined. The higher the coach level, the more exact the junior level determined. Also, the more matches your junior plays, the more adequately the coach knows his total skill and shows it to you. If a junior does not play in a match it does not affect his training - he will still get full training.

Και το να ξέρω που είναι καλός θα με εξυπηρετήσει πού ακριβώς?Αφού όταν βγεί απο την ακαδημία θα είναι όπως θα ήταν και αν έχω υποψιαστεί ποια είναι τα σκιλλ του,δεν έχω επιρροη στην προπόνηση του
Απλά ο παίκτης πλέον θα παίρνει σκιλς όταν μπει στην ακαδημία και όχι όταν βγει . Τώρα εσύ αν τον δοκιμάζεις σε διάφορες θέσεις θα καταλάβεις τι θέση θα έχει όταν βγει ( GK το γράφει για τις άλλες ; ) . Επίσης ο προπονητής για να σου λέει ακριβώς ( περίπου ακριβώς γιατί για να σου πει ακριβώς θα πρέπει να έχει υπερφυσικό ή μαγικό προπονητή ) το επίπεδο ικανότητάς του ....
π.χ έχεις έναν νέο πολύ καλό , αν δεν τον βάλεις σε 2-3 παιχνίδια να πάιξει , ο προπονητής δεν θα σου βγάζει ακριβώς το πολύ καλός , μπορεί να σου λέει και αρκετά καλός ή άριστος ;)

Κοίτα, αν νομίζεις ότι ο παίχτης θα βγει άριστος και πάνω ξέρω 'γω θα τον κρατήσεις! Αν όμως είναι μέτριος θα τον έστελνες! Γιατί να πληρώνεις τσάμπα και γιατί να έχεις ψευδαισθήσεις;
Δεν χάνεις κάτι! Και θα ξέρεις πώς θα είναι οι νέοι σου, και λεφτά θα βγάζεις και θα ξέρεις περίπου τι θα βγει ο νέος (επιθετικός, αμυντικός, μέσος)!
Στο κάτω κάτω μην φτιάχνεις ούτε συστήματα και απλά πέτα 11 ονόματα μέσα! Και μην βλέπεις τους αγώνες! Από το να μην μπεις καθόλου καλύτερο είναι αυτό;)
Δεν χάνεις κάτι! Και θα ξέρεις πώς θα είναι οι νέοι σου, και λεφτά θα βγάζεις και θα ξέρεις περίπου τι θα βγει ο νέος (επιθετικός, αμυντικός, μέσος)!

Ντάξει νομίζω είναι υπερβολική η απόκλιση που λες...Τέσπα,την έκανα και γω και βλέπουμε πως παει.
Όταν με μαγικό προπονητή τώρα έχω αποκλίσεις 3 επίπεδα τότε καταλαβαίνεις:Ρ
Απλά δεν έχεις τίποτα να χάσεις;) Και ας μην τα κοιτάς καθόλου, ας μην ασχολείσαι καθόλου, από το να μην μπεις καλύτερο θα είναι;)

amazing luck ! +30 solid junior at the first week of season - that is the best junior who can ever come to your youth school !
i look forward to see his guessed distribution of skills from your coach after he plays some junior matches, we will see what to expect, he can be easily the second Zoitsas ! :-)

wooohoo ! lets hope he has talenttt :):) if he does i ll try and get a magical coach ASAP for my JS after i sell a few players:P
I actualized guide on first side of this topic to be accurate to new junior system, i added it in topic junior teams and league too
I add two recommendations too:
Recommendation for advanced users: even if you have weak or no junior coach, always have opened 6free places in youth school. if you get some 16yr junior with only few weeks left in school, he can easily turn to be not only your team star, but national star too and you can eventually get a very big money from him. Even with bad skills, 16yr can become amazing player if talented and well trained
Recommendation for new users: now is very good time to open junior school, 16yr players have very big price now even if they are quite weak. Open 6 places in junior school and wait for juniors who will come at saturday morning, keep especially those 16yrs and 17yrs, if you have doubts, post them here and we will give you advice who hold and who fire. Few first weeks it is better to have school without or with only very good junior coach, because it is very big problem to hold economy for new juniors.
