here i want to show you an example with what is happening since that Junior Leagues started

there is a screenshot with my junior school and Alkis Charpas(outstanding for now skill) the skills are going up and down like crazy... how can someone know the talent when you have a graph like this?

fire Kantartzis, Gemikonakli they will be both 20yr when coming from school, so useless even with pretty decent skills

and you know that you have to keep 6opened places and give chance mostly to your 16-17yr juniors
players incoming to YS now can have +- 3levels then it shows, so i even keep hopeless 16yrs waiting if they will not be weak at thursday

about finding talent, it was said that player needs to play at least 5junior matches to have better estimation of his skill and possibility to find out his talent

players in new teams, someone please write them, i already asked lorenzos and orestios for help
they must sell players because they cannot be properly trained in their teams and they can receive good money for the beginning and we want more active users
so please cooperate and try to help, it is for good of all of us !

Remember that 14/15 our best players in U21 are saved from new teams, that team from our 21yr players is better than even NT and without them we are still one of the weakest countries in sokker. So this is very important for our future !
