Εννεν για Κυπραίο που μιλώ έδειξα τον σαν επιχείρημα στο γιατί εν κάτω του μετρίου ο παίκτης σου.

Εν πρέπει να έχεις μιαν ανακοίνωση στη σελίδα της εθνικής ή τζε ένα τοπικ που να κάμνουμε update τους παίκτες μας?δηλαδή ποιου έννοια πρέπει να είναι αν θα γίνει update ο παίχτης,του coach ή του ιδιοκτήτη,εσένα ποια εν η δουλεία σου?
Στο κάτω κάτω με τόσο χαμηλό επίπεδο που εν οι παίκτες που να φαντάζεται ο κάθε ξένος ότι μπορεί το πέφτζιν του ναν αρκετά καλό για να παίξει u21 ώστε να μπεί καν στη διαδικασία να σε ενοχλήσει,όταν τα standards σε άλλες χώρες εν 20 φορές πιο πάνω?

Οπότε ό,τι ισχύει,βάλε το σε ανακοίνωση στην σελίδα της U21 και κάμε και ένα τόπικ για την u21 μεστο φόρουμ με γενικές οδηγείες και πληροφορίες.

well he posted his 21 year old who popped in here,i told him that he is a below average player and that this is not the proper topic to post it as this is a topic for juniors.

Then i saw that he is actually a U21 player and that the two worst players in u21(age/value) are his players,he told me those are the best in the database and i doubted him as i find it really difficult to believe that these are the best Cypriot talents.(i showed him a 21year old player of mine who does not play for his u21),he thought i was referring to a Cypriot talent so he told me why you did not send me the players on sk mail ,how should i know?

And the last paragraph is about that.He is U21 coach and no one knows which database he uses and how to submit and update .I update my players on the NTDB given by the game in here http://ntdb.sokker.cz/redir.php ,which is used by the NT is i am not mistaken. But there is no announcement on the team page nor a U21 topic with instructions about people who train Cypriot players,how on earth should we know if our player is good enough? And whose responsibility is to care that Cypriot players are submitted and updated, and observed?

Actually, his 21yo midfielder is not bad at all for U21 squad... Unfortunately we don't have such good players as your player... He would have been a monster for Cypriot team but he is quite weak for Polish team (I guess he is Pole ;))

If you want to ask anything about chances of some Cypriot player - do not hesitate to ask me directly or if he is younger (19yo and less), you can ask Gadfly who is in charge of them :) Or there is still Darren who has access to NTDB. And we really use http://ntdb.sokker.cz/redir.php :)

And about this topic - yes his post was off topic but unfortunately there is no topic for regular training - I can create :)

i agree that it would be a good idea to have a topic for new Juniors(this one) and a new topic for the development of already known talents.

Ok i can understand that the Polland has a greater pool of players thus a seemingly great player may be out of U21,but for instance i have a very simillar same player to the one which papas showed -a year younger. Darren was always telling me he is too weak to play for U21.

Then I don't know what to do with them... Keep them updated to both our database and Giorgos...

Your 20yo isn't bad but I think Giorgos's is still a little better - but keep him training... Last season Cypriot U21 was much stronger than nowadays... Just take a look at such players as Diofantos Sennaroglu who was player of U21 squad in the last season. And furthermore, your player was still 18-19yo...
