Does anyone know about talents? Nobody can say anymore.
What I can say is that he popped every 3-4 weeks with an outstanding coach.

If you have a player a long time and he plays regularly,you can get a good indication of his talent.

Talent 3.5 with outstanding coach is almost impossible!Near 4,5 weeks per pop is what i expect to be the top talent with outstanding coach,a little bit less maybe...

Agree with orestios, but the best I have ever seen was a 4,5 with a formidable coach. But it is likely it was a little bit higher, but you couldn't see that on the screen.

Can somebody explain me how to make a link to the player screen. I spent so much time and effort and I never managed to do it.

Alright then, he popped from level 7 to level 11 in 17 weeks. The mess is that with a magical coach at the beginning he popped 2 levels in 10 weeks and then with an outstanding coach he popped 2 levels in 7 weeks.
