it will not make a difference whether you sack him today or tomorrow. even if he lets say is talent 3 the max he can reach is avrage or adaquate thus he will come out of school with horrible skills.


as regards the increasing thing...if you short of money at least increase to 5 cause u are paying a 9000 euro wage to a coach who is only training 3 youths. understand the concept?

i agree with darren last week i pulled a youth whom i sold for 1.5mln you can make a lot of money, help the nt asnd improve yor team.
