I WAS ALWAYS FIGHTING ON THE FORUM WITH A LOT OF MANATZERS AND I HAD ARGUMENTS ABOUT THIS TOPIC OF ACADEMY.They were telling me all the time that is mistace to give money from fourth division for 30 places for juniors...But i never listened them..I was all the time on bad economy going to bunkrupt..but on a few seasons..and magical coach and patience i had two magical juriors 3 brilliant juniors..some others incredible juniors ...AND OUR SUPERSTAR..THE BEST P;LAYER EVER...ON HELLAS SOKKER NAMED DIMOSTHENIS NEOS.He was the first unearthly to divine junior..that came out from school at the beggining of the season to his 18years of his age.Now he has already beat other taleted strikers with bigger age...to sum of skils..He will be the first triple superdivine striker with amazing secondaries skills...
The school must be oppened very fast from the beggining of the carrier of a new manatzers because you mustreject a loto of juniors...untalented...until you will discover something very talented!
THATS MY OPINION..After dimosthenis neos...they were passed almost 30 weeks and im rejecting all that time bad juniors...but on a little time..i think i will put other two talented players like dimosthenis neos..
And on some weeks a 16 years old player will come out from school maybe at his solid level..If i am lucky and very good...and if he is talented we will have a new future nt star!;)
