i had only one tragic junior :S

new player in my team ! for 150k euro :-)
and i will play all my cypriot players in league + few minutes in friendly .. i figured out that difference between training of player who play league or friendly is bigger than i thought

I also noticed that playing in league games adds more to the value of a player. Otherwise the training is the same depending on the minutes played.

well it is not so easy to guess talent acording to change of value, because form is not integral number

all my 16y with horrible talent play in friendly ! my most talented players play in league ! last week 5 players had RPP, all of them play in league. The same previous week. Difference is enormous, it is clearly visible if you have 22training players

so...what u say is that is better to put your youngsters play league games than friendly games on wednesdays!!!

yes if you have some very promising players give them few minutes in league match, it will definitely pay off
