I think that you have still a lot to learn about this game my friend before you take such a big responsibility of taking care of the u21 nt. your youth coach has a very low general skill and your juniors are not the best to have...you should sack immediately players with skill less than weak or avrage (depending on the total number of weeks he is going to spend in the school) only with high over all rating coaches you get good juniors....at least you should aim for an outstanding or incredible coach to have a reasonable chance to get some important junior.

βασικά ίσως θα πρέπει να σκεφτείς ότι αν και έχεις κάθε δικαίωμα να βάλεις υποψήφιος σαν ΝΤ ή U-21 ότι τι θα έκανες εσύ ο ίδιος αν δεν είσουν υποψήφιος , ποιόν θα ψήφιζες και γιατί ?

Εγώ προσωπικά θα ήθελα απλά να είμαι βοηθός αν ήμουν στη θέση σου,ο κάθε προπονητής ειδικά εδω πρέπει να έχει τουλάχιστων 2-3 άτομα βοηθούς απο την Κύπρο ,σφάλμα μου μεγάλο που δεν το έκανα όταν είμουν ΝΤ, για αυτό σου λέω περίμενε δες τι υποψήφιοι θα κατέβουν και μετά αποφάσισε με καλύτερη εικόνα .

Για παράδειγμα ,έκανες ανακοίνωση ΝΤ σε περίοδο που δεν επιτρέπετε , μόνο όταν έρθει η ώρα η συγκεκριμένη και αυτή είναι 05-01-09 ,υπάρχει ανακοίνωση στα ΝΕΑ για αυτό .(αυτό και μόνο είναι σαν να λές στους άλλους παιδια δεν ξέρω).

Αν πάλι θέλεις να συνεχίσεις με την υποψηφιότητα σου ένα μπορώ να σου πώ ,ότι όποιος βγει και μπορώ να τον βοηθήσω θα το κάνω .

(αν μπορείς βάλε τον προπονητή σου ξανά στα αγγλικά)

that coadh it's low for young school, you need to have minim a remarcable coach to take out some good junior

During the match, the players get tired. When this occurs they become less accurate as they lose some of their skills.Only playmaking remains unchanged throughout the match. ... from rules ... at Stamina :)

I have a question for you. can you change a player position during the match within player who are already in the pitch? and if you can ...could you please explain how?

Defenders have the following skills:
1.Magical defender, incredible pace, formidable playmaker, formidable technique, solid passing
2.Incredible defender, magical pace,formidable playmaker, weak technique, solid passig
3.Magical defender, brillian pace, adequate playmaker, formidable technique, solid passing

Where you placed them in a game of national team? I would like to explain the decision and choice ???

No you cant.You do this before the match.

My question was this.....

can I BEFORE the match make an arrangment so during the match i can swap player positions? lets say player number 3 changes his position with player number 8? If yes how pls?

I know that when you are watching the match you cant do any changes...what I'm asking is wether beforehand you can do such change to happen. understand?
