Hi I’m M.sorrin. I want to candidate at NT Kypros U21:
I promote in V division in only 7 matches. In next season I want to promote in IV division. In Romanian championship are a lot of value teams
In generally I work a lot of my tactics. I try to make a tactic who I win.I like to play offensive, in my opinion: “ the attack is the best defense”.I have a winner mentality.
My plans for NT Kypros U21: I want to make a tactic who we will win a team with apropiate rank by us. I will improve tactic on based players. I want to improve database of U21. I want to talk to everyone about tactic and player who are in U21.
My plans for Kypros cuminiy: I want to add new users because is need for more users to make a good NT. I will make a newbie guide for users, especially for new users. ( I’m working now at this guide). I will make a new topic with “Questions/Responses” to help all users and learn new things. I want to help users to make junior school, because that it’s very important to have a bright future. I will help with training juniors, what coach to buy and other. I want to keep a thight link with Kypros users
If I will win I will have support of Darren Petterson and some users from my country.I have a lot of free time. I am an very active user. I like to communicate with users.

I have read many speeches until now , some of the candidates they don't know even the rules , but in your speech you forget to inform as all the others that this is the first season of U-21 and what is your plan , i also didn't see to call users from this country to be your assistants ,that mistake i made it also , if you elected don't do the same, so it's better to say that you want assistants than to say you will add new users .
The first think to do is to see players-make a list as Darren but for the YS & coaches so to see the level of the country production so after to see where is the weak link and talk to the owners and help them ,it's more important i believe, you need to speak also with the NT and as you said to communicate with the users.

yes, i'm totaly agree with you ... if i win i want to keep a tight link with darren because i think it's a verry good manager, and i saw he have a lot of free time, like me, and he eant to make a good job at NT ... i want to keep link woth pupinho because he cand help me a lot, now he is the NT coach and he knows verry better the actually situation at NT ... another user who i want to keep the link it's lorenzos because i think he is a good manager but now he is at start and he can do more things in future, i will keep the link with you because as i know you was a NT coach, and you have exeperience ... if i win, i want to have an assistant manager and a team of scouts for gk,def,mid and att who i can advice whit him ... in case if i win i will put the game on the forum to discuss about tactic, players, and something else with all users before and after the game.
