Subject: [U-21] Dias

Hello Kypros users , i would like to be your first U-21 NT coach .

My plans are , if i get elected ,to have 2-3 assistants , something which i didn't when i was NT and it was a mistake .
(the assistants will be users from Kypros)
The first season for the U-21 will have only friendly games so we are going to have many time to find all the best players.
I will talk to all users ,thanks to Darren and his list , so to make a list to see what youth coach you have and what we must to do .

The problems are :
I can't promises to you that the U-21 will be the best team cause that isn't easy .
There is not a topic so the Kypros users to post their youth pull.
It's the first time for the U-21.

The good things are :
I have experience as i was former NT Kypros

Even if i'm not elected , i promise that i will be in the side on the U-21 if he ask me to do so
