Training is very important in sokker. Generally teams which invest more in training are more succesfull than the others. Many of you have bad coaches and you are losing many % of training every week.
I would like to give you some basics advices here.


We have 3 kinds of coaches - Main coach, Assistant, Junior coach

for main coaches are important only side skills, overall skill is not important
for assistants and junior coach is important only overall skill

Main coach - the most important is to have Unearthly skill which you are training
the other skills, aren´t so much important, but they are being trainied a little too. Around solid/very good is good enough, except of keeper which should be as low as possible because it is most expensive skill

coach n1 is better main coach, because he has higher technique, which you are training
overall skill isnt important for main coach

Assistants


The most effective training is with 3 assistants. With more assistans you are losing training and with less your training is not so effective.

This is the table of maximal wages for assistants

solid coach - max 3 000 €
very good coach - max 5 000 €
excellent coach - max 8 000 €
formidable coach - max 12 000 €
outstanding coach - max 17 000 €
incredible coach - max 23 000 €
brilliant coach - max 31 000 €
magical coach - max 40 000 €


The best is count which coaches you can afford (everyone could afford at least solid / very good) and recruit or buy three coaches of similar level
If you recruit, the best is to set all skills on level of coach which you want except of stamina (+2) and keeper (-3)
stamina skill is mot cheap vs. keeper skill is most expensive

Required training skills:

incredible of stamina solid of keeper
formidable of pace formidable of defender
formidable of technique formidable of playmaker
formidable of passing formidable of striker

recruitment cost: 7 000 $

If you get Formidable coach with wage less than 12 000 $, you can sign him ;)

Solid / Very good coach is good for new users
Excellent / Formidable coach is good for advancing training
Outstanding / Incredible is pretty good
Brilliant / Magical is best; good enough to train best talents

none of them is main coach. If you have some promising juniors in youth school, always choose the best (here Outstanding) as junior coach. The others (Excellent, Formidable, Very good) set as assistants

yo i am training keeper and i am still trying to find a coach for keeping. in the market are too too too expensive...

recruit instead of trying to find a coach ...usually its easier that way

yes, just set this in recrutation. it is not so expensive. one attemp less than 60 000 euro. When you get coach with unearthly keeper skill, then sign him. Athanatos is losing training with this coach :(
