well, about junior coach .. it depends on juniors in your youth school, if there are some promising players ..
i would not hire better main coach as well as i would not hire assitants .. it is not neccessary yet - they are good for now


I would try to do some bargains and multiply money what you have now
as well as I would not care about what my actual players need the most, only about that what can improve their prices most rapidly :)

well , as u adviced me, my main is objective is to find players with great great talent. At this point i look and buy bargains, and then sell anyone that doesnt have considerable talent

I guess i ll wait a little bit more before hiring a better coach :)

can u advice me what training will be the most profitable for me to switch to ?

my guess is technique

according to your training players its definitely playmaking,

so i should continue training in pm?

I have the following 2 players that have good talent. I train PM at the momment. Does it make sense for me to continue training them in PM for another couple of levels before i switch or should i sell them if i cannot switch training immediately?

well it depends on their exact talent, i would try to find buyer for 1st and keep training the 2nd guy

Anyway, I think that playmakers are the most expensive players in the market at any time, especially if they have good secondary skills and it is worth trying to train midfielders........
