Ο head coach στις αρχές δεν είναι απαραίτητο να έχει ψηλό συνολικό σκιλ.Μπορείς να έχεις ένα unearthly στο σκιλλ που προπονέις και τα υπολοιπα να είναι χαμηλά,έτσι έχει χαμηλό μισθό και στην ουσία το μόνο σκιλλ που χρειάζεσαι στον head coach είναι το σκιλλ που προπονείς.

Περαιτέρω, για τις ακαδημίες αυτό που μετρά στον προπονητή είναι η συνολική του ικανότητα και όχι η κάθε ικανότητα ξεχωριστά. Οπόταν μπορείς να βρείς κάποιον άριστο ή τρομερό με 10 ως 13 χιλιάδες αντίστοιχα.

Όπως τα λένε οι φίλοι από πάνω! Αν και προσωπικά πιστεύω ότι πρέπει να έχεις σπουδαίο για τους νέους και πάνω... Αυτός στοιχίζει τουλάχιστον 15.000€, αν μπορείς πάρε τέτοιον...
Στην πρόσληψη θα βάζεις σε όλα πχ σπουδαίος (και ένα τρικ, βάζε στο τέρμα 1-2 επίπεδα πιο κάτω και άμα είσαι τυχερός θα σου βγάλει φθηνό προπονητή;))
