just basics informations for mentors
- tell newbies to do not build stadium
- advice them to train what their best young player need
- sell old valuable players or young players who are not good for training players
- if you feel that he is not interested in the game and wont play - tell him to sell his best players
- advice what coaches shall they get (main coach with unearthly trained skill + about solid/very good assistants + around excellent/formid junior coach) - count wages, we dont want newbies in bancurpty
- open junior school (5 or 6 free places every week)

I must refuse. I think that assistant should be player from Cyprus. Assistant should be player which is less experience then National Coach and would like to improve his knowledge from National Team Coach. I think that you should give a chance somebody from Cyprus.
I would like to help Cyprus in that what I am the best. So I can help you in tactics. If you will have any questions about tactics, please do not hesitate to ask me.

I think I am good technician and tactic adviser. I am not good as teacher. I tried to teach Dias and poupinho how they could make good tactics. Without effect. They didn't hear me, so today we have result of it... Never in the history Kypros wasn't so weak.
I wouldn't be assistant and mentor or scout. I will try to tell you how in my opinion Cyprus representation should play. But I will do it as free person.

i had answer to you then , so you didn't teach me to make tactics (i can handle that)thats why Kypros is in that position now ? great help .
the problem is the tactics only for you and for that you are the best if i understand well .
so do you care about anything else ? only in elections ,great ;)

i try this year again , Lorenzos take finally the job but i support Kypros even if i didn't elected .
they ask me and i said yes .
i want to see the first division full of active users ,no bot teams , i want to see strong teams with strong training team (top first coach-top 3 assistants-top youth coach(with top YS seats)
i don't expect nothing else for helping in any area .

*you can find so many free tactics from utube if you haven't made your own tactic or use only the standars ones :/
So only the tactic isn't going to make Cyprus strong .(you need also the skill of the players to make a good tactic)

and still you say yours , try once to help instead of demanding(that sounds to me) to be NT or U21 .

*you didn't help when i was NT so i don't thing that you will help and now,i made mistakes and i write it down ,i don't thing that Kypros need a manager from an other country just to say how to play , they need actions not words .

Dias if you didn't see problems of tragic tactics in Cyprus games so its your problem. My opinion (and not only mine) is that Cyprus lost many matches which can win because of wrong tactics. Thats all.

i didn't say that i see good tactics either ;) you focus only in that and it's not the only problem so if you don't understand it it's your problem then. You can say your opinion but i wonder do you offer help with that ? think about it .

why did you candidate for U21 team then ?? Did you realize that doing tactics is in compare to scouting and mentoring absolutely useless there ???

By the way I didn't get a chance to prove that I will be good NT so why are you asking me that? You should think about best of the best persons in Cyprus NT Staff and not about me.

Cyprus users expect that you will create good staff and will give them a little happiness from style of play of the Cyprus representation.
