Thats right. This is topic about Cyprus NT staff, so please talk about it. Not about I won't be a part of Staff.
Since now i will never be so active as in the past. Well, I will be there only very very little. Altough of that, I will still find some time for my National team duties and this, next to the training of players, will be my main and the only priority here
I can say that I have realized my objectives. Next to the club achievements,
I tried to helped Cyprus NT team as I could, brang over 100 new users in the game, saved many promising players, tried to keep the new users in the game and help that few active cypriot users who were in the game. I tried my best and now it is time for someone else to do it.
I think that the best thing we have achieved together is, that we finally found some very active, and interested in the game, cypriot users, so i can say, that there is something as cyprus community finally, and Im not afraid that there would be any problems in future.

Lord Vader - that he was very helpfull although he didnt win elections and still tries to help as he can
Lorenzos - for his effort, that he is trying to learn fast and i have no doubts he will be very good NT coach in future
Dias - for help with translations, his effort while I´ve started to help Cyprus and that he get a job of mentor and helped new cypriot users
Giorgos Papas - for very nice cooperation and that he get a job of mentor and helped new cypriot users
Atahualpa - that he is trying very much and is interested in the game, Im sure he will be great if he receive a good help

I have also one demand, I have publiced list of all new users here, the users colored green are the most active who should get a help. I think they all can be active and help Cyprus in future

you are not alone lord vader. i am writing also and i am not getting any answer
you can add also marinos(ano-maxites) and MOAK(KILLER BOOM) in our community...new users that respont and trying to help them with the game!

what do you think about blank which you can choose skills ( gk,def,mid,att,tech,pass,speed,stamina,...and field option which: name player,PID,years...)it's send to mail head coach?...

I must say Im finishing with all this dirty job around Cyprus because I will not have so much time as before at all. I would like to spread whole my work, between you.
It is up to you, how much do you want to help you country, your effort will result in cyprus success.
I will stay care about u19 players and U21 team and I will organize NT staff, but I will not do anything else

yo mate i can help you also. tell me what can i do and i will do it
someone should:
- try to help other cypriot users and explain them what´s best for them and cyprus, even many of long term active users has difficulties with setting training, they don´t understand that bad training of their young players is much worse decision than sell him to team whio will give him 100%training
-tell people should focus on training rather than results, not training good young players (16-19)yr and haing only old players is biggest mistake and way to hell - you cant improve your team without training, players are losing their value and even without investmnt in junior school, many users will force bancrupt soon
- bring some users to forum ad give everything to make cyprus community more active
- continue in saving players

Is there anyone able to help me with scout and mentor job ? Lorenzos is trying to help me, but we need more people, I cannot handle everything, as well as i cannot multiply myself.
