Subject: [U21 elections] Darren Patterson

First of all I would like to thank everyone who has supported me during last season. I appreciate your help and I hope that you were satisfied with my job.

I have set few main tasks at the beginning of season:

--- bring new cypriot users to the game / realized / I made big advertising campaign for new users, over 100 newbies got their teams, but unfortunately only very few of them stayed in the game.
--- help cypriot users with the game / realized / I gave them advices what to do and I wrote newbie guides + tried to make them more active and cooperative / half realized / it´s better, but not so much as I wish
--- help to improve quality of young players / realized / Saved many young players from new teams, overtalked their owners to sale them, gave them initial offer and secured good training in new team, for most of them. I also tried to help all cypriot users to have good junior school and junior coach
Agreed with czech keepers trainer on training of 2 best cypriot keepers - Serdar Tsingis and Aziz Athanatos
--- make database of most interesting cypriot players / realized / For whole season, I have made database of U21 and NT players, both. I have talked with their owners about their training and keeping update of them.
--- my own training of Cypriot young players / realized / I have trained few very nice Cypriot juniors - Ozan Erçakıca, Veli Kotsonis, Turgay Papakyriakou and I´m still training two best cypriot midfielders Zaim Keser and Derviş Zoitsas
--- help cyprus from the bottom of nations rank / half realized / It was quite hard task, because we played many matches against much better opponents (WC Qualification group). But I´ve tried to arrange friendlies against opponents of similar quality, and I think you could see some very interesting matches. I have changed tactics and players as well, quite often, so the last task was realized too :-)

I would like to continue in my job next season with U21. I consider U21 more important than NT next season, because important U21 World cup qualification will be played. It depends lot on our Q group, but i think we can play fair games and get some important points.
The main task is to continue in cooperating for cypriot users

I was asking my friend if he would like to lead Cyprus NT, that we dont have any good candidate and we need some Personality, and he agreed ! :)
