Subject: [NT] Crossbow

Someone of you can know me very well. Somebody could remember. I'm tried to help Cyprus representation by my advices for a few saesons. All that time Cyprus had not luck to experienced and good in tactics coaches (except Darren). Darren was good experienced coach but I could be better :-)
Now there is a chance to change something. I don't want to destroy and build everything from the begining. I prefer evolutions from revolutions. There are people who can and want to improve quality of Cyprus representation acting together. I am one of them

I would like to create a strong team which will help Cyprus representation to achieve their top.
I would like to ask less experienced players not to take part election themselves, but vote for most experienced users.

1, What do you think that i did wrong as NT coach and what could i improve / you would do it better (as you say) ?

2, And why you didnt want help Cyprus after you lost in elections ? I have asked you few times this season, and i didnt get any positive respond from you

1. I would like to concentrate on results of NT Cyprus. I think that I could win and play better than you. I think that my tactics and selection of Cyprus players will better than your.
2. You've asked me ONCE with IRONIC. I wanted to help you but I needed more dates about skills of Cyprus players. You didn't want to characterise them.

every season the same , ok you are the best manager but really have you ever help an NT or U21 coach as a scout at least ? i don't ask as a tutor , i know the answer ;)

I've never helped Cyprus as a scout. Is it important for you that I've never be a scout?

Every can have right to refuse. Some people can feel better in one thing and some would like to do something else.

If we both were elected, would you take full responsibility for updating U21 database (150 players) and searching for new ones?

Making old NT database is not much work, there are really not many players and U21 database is much important.


Working on this + other staff around cypriot users and players is really much for one person only. So support of the second NT coach would be very usefull

Yes, you right. I would like to have one or two assistants. I would like to have assistants from one of the most experienced and most talented Cyprus managers. They will be very helpful to database updating but thats not all. They will be making some tactics on the NT matches. My assistants and me will be updating database, but with cooperate with U21 coach and his assistants. One of the points of NT coach is concentrate to every players, not only U21. Concentrate to U21 players will be big advantage for U21 coach. I would like to see U21 players in main National Cyprus team. By the way I will choose the best of the best.
