Because in 45th minute the score was 1-2 and you were winning .. the order was "drawing or losing" .. the engine checked the result in 45th minute and it was 1-2 so the changes did not happen :)

oh,if i want whenever after 45th minute what should i put as an order there?

You have to put the same order more times... (eg. for 45th, 60th, 75th minute)

You cannot put something ... but you can put the same order in 60th minute and 80th .. so the engine will check the result 3 times !!

This is happening to the order " red card or no player " , you put 1st minute but i am not sure if this will work to your changes , i haven't tried it ...
