Subject: Junior teams + league

--There is relation - the more and better junior teams -> better future for the country .. so we should focus in this direction ..
--Since this season there are some new improvements:
++++++ you are able to know actual age of junior now
++++++ talent is not accurate anymore, you have to find it in first team
++++++ your junior team can play in junior league (every tuesday), if you join this competition
++++++ after junior played few games, you will be able to get his (actual) estimated skills, and see how he can look after he joins your first team

-- you can get 0-6 new 16-18yr juniors every saturday morning
-- number next to the juniors tells you how many weeks he will train in your junior school before you can bring him in first team
-- your juniors gets training every thursday morning (together with A team) and this day you can bring them to A team too
-- because it is beginning of season, 16yr juniors have very big price now
-- even if your 16yr junior come to your first team and turns to have quite bad skills, dont worry, if he has good talent, he can be still very big star of cyprus and make you big money
-- every week open 6 new places for incoming juniors and keep those who will have at least poor level if 16, weak if 17 and average for 18, but the number of weeks he stays in junior school is important too
-- you can post your new juniors in youth school you got at saturday on forum Kypros Juniors and we will tell you which keep and which not
-- as well as you can post on this forum juniors who came to your first team at thursday and we will give you advice about what will be the best to do with them

Recommendation: even if you have weak junior coach, always have opened 6free places in youth school. if you get some 16yr junior with only few weeks left in school, he can easily turn to be not only your team star, but national star too and you can eventually get a very big money from him. Even with bad skills, 16yr can become amazing player if talented and well trained

Any idea how we set a lineup in youth team?I cant find it anywhere.

Go to your matches! It is under your first team's match;)

you can set your line-up and tactics in matches page, under first senior league match
everyone new can join the league anytime, only requirement is having at least 11juniors in school

Example:
i just helped shitros with his junior school, he had 16juniors there and only 17opened places. 10juniors were 18yr or 19old with level below average who would be 100% useless when incoming to first team.
He fired them, now he has opened 12places (6for actual juniors + 6for incoming juniors) and hopes to get some 16-17yr juniors, where is the main potential and every week he will check juniors he received and if there will be someone old and with bad level (17below poor and 18below average), he will fire him and open new places to have always 6available slots for incoming juniors

Im afraid more users do similar mistake, and focuse more on quantity than quality

Im quite dissapointed, I expected to see 6interesting junior matches today and possibility to find new stars in cypriot schools according to their mark and in-match performance, but only 1 out of 6 matches was played

You have to set players and tactics in the game like to any other match. It seems that many of you thought that you have to join the league and that´s all. There is one more thing, you don´t have to set line-up for every match, but if you pull junior from school, who was set in first eleven, you have to set someone instead of him

I'm very happy!My juniors played briliant,senzatonal marks:Xipolitas 59 mark on def and he have 17 years!!!But only me play?Why?

high rating = high stamina - playmaker - pace !! (post from experienced greek users)
