Subject: Junior teams + league

No money no more junior places...sorry... -240 000 euro

look at me - less than season in the game and 4brilliant coaches - 800k euro in account and price of my players is rising every week by few hundreds thousands euro. It is just about to realize the priorities. I don´t invest in old players or in strong A team players because I know that if I invest everything in training now - I will have soon enough money to make superb A team+top training players and I will never have a problem with money. Trust me. I know the game.

and I have only 37k euro from sponsors, so I cant imagine how someone can play and get better without making profit from training

PRO users are active and communicative, they can fully care about themselves and provide the best training to their players.
SEMI-PRO users are active and communicative, they are close to PRO but they still need help

PRO and SEMI-PRO users are those who makes Cyprus stronger. The others can help too, especially when they bring some nice youngster, but their part is much smaller.

very nice junior coach, you could help to bring some very promising juniors in future.
I would sack Bedia Kounounis, Fotos Thoma, Tan Öztürk because they are all very weak and reduce number of places in youth school to 12 (because only max 6 juniors can arrive every week to school)

also im aware if you are able to afford your junior coach because many new users have financial problems and beginning in sokker is pretty hard.


i think you have two possibilities:

-you fire your main coach and assistants and keep only old players. you will wait until you pull some nice junior and sell him for big money you dont have to do anything for this - just log in once per week to check juniors

-you will get some good main coach and buy some very cheap 16yr players and try to make profit on them. This is not so easy choice and it requires you to be more active.

hmmm I just thought about it. Geronimo told me he is about -8k every week and that he has 200k euro, that is really not bad.


It is pretty interesting idea for new users.

- You get a new team
- Hire incredible or brilliant junior coach
- Open junior school
- Fire other coaches and all players you dont need--> You would save a lot on wages
- Log-in once per week to check juniors -- so you dont have to be active at all !
- After some time you would start to pull players from youth school and Im sure it would pay off very soon. Cypriot juniors are still very valuable and hopefully it would not only solved financial threat but you could make some pretty nice money.
- You would help Cyprus a lot by bringing new potential NT players.


If I see some users playing for one year or longer and they have still weak team. financial problems and no juniors .. I think this idea should be seriously considered
