UPDATE
PRO users are active and communicative, they can fully care about themselves and provide the best training to their players.
SEMI-PRO users are active and communicative, they are close to PRO but they still need help
PRO and SEMI-PRO users are those who makes Cyprus stronger. The others can help too, especially when they bring some nice youngster, but their part is much smaller.

I just made list of junior teams in countries with less than 100 users
Notice that it is number of junior school, not number of users, what makes country stronger. For example Australian U21 team reached quarter-finals of WC this season. So I think we can be pretty strong in future if I compare Cyprus with other small countries.
