economy situation is very big problem of many sokker teams, not only problem of new users and many teams ended up in sokker because of bankruptcy
here i describe all incomes and expenses and give you some advices how to handle economy here

INCOME
sponsors - sponsors always give you less than you need, it is almost impossible to pay for money from them all expenses, at least at the end of season you receive after-sesonal sponsorsmoney = 1,5x normal sponsor money
transfers - this is most important income, you need to be little active on trasfer list to have positive balance, but this effort really worths it. the biggest money you can get if you buy 16-17yr players for few thousands euro and sell them after few weeks
tickets - this is mainly for longer playing users, new users get really small money from tickets unless they play friendly or cup with some good team at away stadium
the others - there are only two other ways how you can get some money - if your former juniors is resold from foreign team, you receive 4-5% of transfer price (until he is 24yr) and money from supporters subscription, money you receive every week from this is very small (1-3 000 euro), but at the end of season you get 125euro for each supporter

EXPENSES
transfers - here be really aware and buy players with price in few thousands euro only. big purchases means only big financial problems at the beginning. observe prices on transfer list before you buy so were not robbed
stadium - you pay 7.5euro for each seat every week; this is very important! dont build your stadium unless you play at least two seasons and you have good financial situation !!
coach salaries - remember for beginners ! main coach needs only unearthly skill you train, his other skills can be tragic. for assistants and juniors is better to count up how good coaches you can afford before you do something bad
player salaries - here i can say just one things - dont have too many players. you really dont have to have more than 22 players
others - payments for recrutation of coach, 1 000 euro for every opened place in junior school
(edited)
Recommendation: Think twice before you do some financial decision. It could very complicate your club situation. Don´t build stadium, unless you play longer and you have usually full house. Count up in advance how expensive coaches you can allow

hello,

i need some help on what i should do with my training plans .

I am bit strapped for cash at the momment at about -300k :P so i have to sell some of my best players. I dont know what to do with the following players.

I train exclusively pace

Kajetan Sulecki , age 20
value: 242 500 €
wage: 2 425 €
divine form
bookings:
poor stamina tragic keeper
excellent pace average defender
adequate technique outstanding playmaker
adequate passing average striker

And this is his talent.

So he is a very very talented player, and i expect to get good money by selling him.

Since he is a great talent, i would like to keep him for some more time, but i am not sure if he will be adding significant value.

Here is another great player with great talent (at least for my standards:P)

Peter Grassi , age 20
value: 197 250 €
wage: 2 375 €
excellent form
bookings:
average stamina tragic keeper
excellent pace good defender
adequate technique formidable playmaker
solid passing poor striker

He also has great great talent. It might not seem so if u just look at the last weeks of pace, but this player got injured on 3 occasions, so he lost a lot of trainings. If u see early at the graph, his PM trainings he has great great talent.

So my question for these 2 players, is it better for me to sell them now and cash on them, or will they increase significantly in value if i continue training them in pace.

Also, i have a dilemma with one of my Cypriot Junior School players.

Stavros Mitsidis, age 19
value: 58 500 €
wage: 925 €
solid form

weak stamina tragic keeper
hopeless pace weak defender
good technique adequate playmaker
solid passing poor striker

His talent in the JS was 5, which is not great, but not horrible.

is this player valuable enough to continue training him in pace? On the other hand If i sell him will i get anything ?

I ll appreciate any help :)

if some training can really increase price of Sulecki and Grassi, it is passing training. Pace training won´t increase their price at the moment. If you dont plan to change training in near future, best to sell them right now
about mitsidis, if you have free training places, and you wont find better rtainees instead of them, you can keep him for now

sigh !i am completely confused if i should change my training to passing or stick with pace =\
