good news, i found owner of Tolga Oncul in hattrick and wrote him to log-in in sokker. He just logged-in so we won´t lose another top cypriot player.
There were about 5 users with similar nickname, so i wrote to all of them (politely asking if he is playing sokker and if he can log-in there to prevent losing team) because i was not sure which one of them is he. And I just saw I received fine from admins in height of 1/3 budget because of this action. LOL
