What to do after you receive team ?
---0 you do the best if you listen advice of more experienced users
---1, check players you have received - n.3
---2, if you have any good 18/19year old player, send me his skills on sk mail, it is possible i already asked for them - n.9
---3, decide which skill you want to train, then go to Training page, and set Training Type and players position (f.e. if you set technique and MID, all players who plays with MID order during week will receive technique training)
---4, Still on Training page, fire all coaches there (they are always useless). Click on "Skills select" under Coach recruitment and set unsatisfactory keeper, all other skill solid and what is the most important - skill you want to train must be unearthly ! If you receive unearthly coach in that skill, accept him and set him as main coach.
---5, Go to office and click on Junior school and open 6places there. Every saturday you receive new juniors, fire all under unsatisfactory 16yrs, poor 17yr and average18yr and open more places (to have always 6more places then juniors)
---6, go on transfer list and buy 16-18yr players who looks good for your training, dont buy more than 10 000 euro for each. After that set players for match and young players for training set with that order you set in training page (max 5players with order DEF, MID and 3with ATT)
x, dont invest more than 10 000 euro in purchases yet
x, dont do anything around stadium
