it is just about that you cannot have not-trained young players in your team. we could have players like this guatemalan too, i just checked few cypriot teams, there are many 17yr players who dont train or even dont play even though they could have potential to be as good as this one player, maybe even better !
I have decided to do some changes. I will play with most promising players (except players playing regularly in U21) who are receiving full training every week and improving their skills. I dont see any reason why I should make happy users who dont train their players properly

I have quite a few promising players.

Can you please tell me what you think?

Şenol Gennadiou, age 20
value: 108 000 €
wage: 1 275 €
formidable form

hopeless stamina tragic keeper
very good pace adequate defender
good technique adequate playmaker
weak passing solid striker

even though he is a bit old - he is a great great talent ! 4.5 with outstanding coach.

i was going to sell him but instead i fear that if i transfer list him he will end in a foreign coach and we dont know what he will train him, so i will train him in pace

also,

Ünal Kasianos, age 19
value: 99 250 €
wage: 1 150 €
brilliant form
bookings:
average stamina tragic keeper
good pace hopeless defender
weak technique unsatisfactory playmaker
unsatisfactory passing excellent striker

is another player from my js. I have been training him in pace now. he has decent talent (5 in JS with outst coach) and i ll continue training him in pace.

when pace is not needed anymore i ll sell him to a technique and strike trainer

also,

Tommis Seisou, age 18
value: 45 000 €
wage: 650 €
divine form

hopeless stamina tragic keeper
poor pace average defender
adequate technique poor playmaker
hopeless passing adequate striker

Who is not as much a player right now, but has great talent (popped a level in pace every 2 weeks, 3 times in a row- which is great talent because pace is 30% slower than other trainings).

Is he talented enough to continue training him, or nothing special?

Also i train some midfielders,

Taner Sömek, age 18
value: 63 000 €
wage: 900 €
solid form

weak stamina hopeless keeper
average pace hopeless defender
good technique solid playmaker
adequate passing tragic striker

The greatest talent! Confirmed talent of 4 in junior school with outstanding coach . That is as good as it gets. I train him in pace, till he has enough pace and i will sell him to a midfield trainer.

I believe he is one of our best talents.

Finally, i train another midfielder

Stavros Mitsidis, age 19
value: 72 000 €
wage: 925 €
outstanding form

weak stamina tragic keeper
poor pace weak defender
good technique adequate playmaker
solid passing poor striker

his skills are a bit low for his age, but he appears to be as well very talented. He moved up 2 levels of pace, in 2 weeks each - as i said before this is great for pace

thanks, i think I give chance to Taner Sömek, he looks nice and with such training and good training you are giving hi, i have no doubts he will play soon again
well even though we suffered high lose, im satisfied with today´s game, because we were not such more worse, only it was very hard for our B team defenders to cover opponent winger and strikers.

Guatemala played with best team they have, we didnt use any player from our first team (15 best U21 players) and more over we played with many young and promising players (17y Pakkos, 17y Floratos, 18y Çağataylı, 18y Sömek, 18y Eziç 19y Anagnostou) who will surely represent us in future with good training

I will write more about each player later
