Ntinos Büyükuslu needs 4 weeks to excellent pace :/

but that pace training is so slow .. everyone needs so many weeks to pop .. and i cannot figure out their real talent because pace training is so random :-/ player can jump after 4 on excellent and then after 3 on formidable and etc ..

that's true. pace training is the trickiest.
