As promised I will go for the elections for the U21 coach. Here I will write my plans for the coming season.

Why me?

Because of the experience I've got. 13 and a half seasons already. And few seasons as a scout for the dutch NT. I've also been scout of the U21 of Kypros, furthermore I can speak and write english quite well, luckily most of you guys are also. This season was one of the hardest seasons for me. I played in one of the toughest thirth divisions of my country and ended up in second place. The champions got promoted this day and I was the only one who could get some points from him.

Goal

Surely we can't win the world cup even qualifying will be very hard. My goal will be the to get the best out of our youngsters. Every player should get the best training possible. Therefore I should follow every player very closely. Hopefully some day in the future we will qualify for the world cup. A other goal for me will be to get higher in the ranking whe are now at place 79. I want it to be at least 75 at the end of the season.

Friendly's and qualifications

For friendly's I will search for teams wich have about the same strenght in terms of players. Next season there will be qualifications, I don't expect us to qualify, surely I will do my best but there are many better teams.

Crew

Most of my predecessors did it all by themself I want to have a better structure. I think you have a better chance with a good crew, of course in the end I'm responsible. The following possitions are open. Of course you can have a double job :)

Scouts

Two scouts who keep the database up to date. One for the ages 16/17/18 and one for the ages 19/20/21 Another task for the scouts will be to follow the transfers list, if you find interesting players you can then add them to the database.

Tactictal crew

Two crewmembers who can help me with a good tactic. It's very important that they some time I think two hours every week should be enough for scouting the opponent and make a tactic.

Translators

One for the greeks and one for the turkish. I will adress them when there is somebody who cant speak english.

Previews

Just as I did before I will make a preview for every match.

Association

A new association for my very own crew, here we will discuss everything about the U21 of Kypros. This will only availbe for everyone one in the crew of Kypros, it will be closed for everyone else.

Football Pool

Every week you can predict a few selected games. For every good prediction you can get points. At the end of the season the winner may chooose one of his own players. That player may play one whole game for the U21.

Mysi did get a place in the crew for next season. Altough a bit inexperienced in sokker, he seems very motivated and already knows quite a lot of the game.

He will become a tactical crew member and U19 scout.

Demetris will also be in the crew, I see him as a trainee, he has much to learn, but thats alright.

He will be a tactical crew member.

I need one more tactical crew member, but the last one should already have experience with sokker. If there is no one from Kypros I probalby go for someone of my own country.

But remember you can still vote for Mysi. He gets his place in the U21 crew only if I get elected, if he will be elected I will surely get a place in his crew :)

This will be our group for next season. Uruguay, Belgie and Slovensko will be hard to beat. And in week two I'm on vacation and there is no match yet, I'm not sure if I have internet over there. It could mean I'm not able to arrange a match. I will be back before week three when we have another match.

How you take care of Kypros greatest talents who grow up in Kypros, what you will advice to managers? (sell or train)

Do you will have some team to search for new talents or you will do it himself?

Not impossible, but it will very much depend on tactic.

I will try to get the better players to better clubs. That could mean that some of the players should be sold. But in the end it's the manager who decides, I can't force managers. Furthermore I will open a topic where everybody from Kypros can post their coaches, then I can see who has good coaches. And I can get the players to good clubs. If there is no money here I will try to get them to a foreign club. Of course that would be an advise if the player should be sold. It depends on the players skills what kind of training I would advise.

I have quite a large team. Mysi, Orestios, Demetris and Al-Gore (from Belgium) will be responsible for de database and tactical issues. Al-Gore will be looking for new talents. Mysi is already busy with buying young players from Kypros and he will be very active. I dind't ask him yet for actively scouting, but I guess he will. And I will search the TL for myself :)
