Hello! So, I am back again, as I said to orestios few months ago. =) I have updated my speech a bit ( a lot =D ), so read it and... make your decisions. =) So on, let's begin this.

Why should you get elected? And why especially for U21?

As most of you know, last season I was a scout (U19) for Cyprus U21, and as well a tactical crew member. But, for the NT, the season was not what was expected. First a lose to Egypt, and then a discouraging lose to Tunis. But now, not more for that. So, for the question above, I'll surely give my answers, not only travel around them. =)

Why should...

Because,

I have surely more experience than couple of months ago, and now I could say I am quite experienced. Nowadays I work as a Sokker promotor, and as well as a mentor, so that means that I promote sokker, and I guide new players in this game. So I kinda give advices to them what to do and stuff. Last elections orestios told me to help your U21 coach and stick around to get more experience inside. Well, I surely did. =) And because of that, I've got a better known from NT things, and I would be ready for this job, and I still have time for it, even if I have more jobs spinning on. =)

... why especially for U21?

Because I think I have more to give for it than to senior NT. As I've said, last season I was a scout for U21, so I know kinda lot about U21 players´ skills and other things around the team.

For the games...?

Yeah... As you guys know, Cyprus U21 didn't manage to get in the playoff rounds. And surely that was not very surprising, there were many strong teams in our qualifying group, such as Belgium, Slovakia and Uruguay. So that caused that Cyprus U21 wont have any official games next season. And so, because next qualifyings will be played with the '' Golden generation '' and 1 year youngers (last season 18 & 19, plus probably few talented ones from younger generations), it's important to open your eyes to these things right now. Because of this, I would try to manage as many U20 and U19 as possible, not forgetting the 21y ones, surely there would be games for them as well. =) The opponents should also be about the same strenght as Cyprus U21 NT, for not to get a crushed beat or lose every time. So, the games should be tight enough, and that would be noticed too.

What are your goals?

As I wrote there, one of my goals would be to manage as many U20 and U19 games. My other goal is Gadflys goal from last season. It was to end the season with ranking 75 or higher. Well, that didn't work out, and right now the U21 is on 80th place. That should be fixed. =)

The crew

I would have a crew, as every NT coach does. I would like to have 4 scouts for different positions, 1 for GK's, 1 for Defenders, 1 for Mids and 1 for Attackers. I would also have a few tactical crew members as last season we had in the crew, but I would like to have only 2. Why only 2? For to afford conflicts. If there are 5 members + me making the tactic, and every guy has his own vision of tactic, who should I listen? And 2 + me is good for to afford those things, but still 3 guys making the tactic is a pairless count. If we would have to vote for something, there would not be a tie. =) I would also work out some kind of forum where the crew would have it's discusses. Last season the crew kind of flop out, but don't worry, it wont happen this time. Or it's up to you. If you guys want it to work, it will! :)

Football pool

There would be same kind of football pool next season also, but with a little different award. In the end of the season, I would try to manage a U21 game, not U20 or anything like that. So, best 4 of the football pool, in the end of the season, would be able to decide few of their own players to the match. 1st 5, 2nd 3, 3rd 2 and 4th 1 player. So the last game of the season would be your game. =)

I'd as well make a preview for every match, and in the preview I would give advices for the football pool, and to reveal the factors... Oops... I revealed too much already. =D About these things you will know more if I get elected.

First of all i ll tell you that there is no chance i ll vote for you,probably no one else will either.
Having said that i must say that i am really impressed about your speech which indicates a really smart person which is organized and understands at least the basics of NT organization.Most people even experienced users do not even bother stating these things .Anyway what i want to say is if you don't get elected stick around and help our National Coach maybe learn some things from inside and maybe you will have your chance the next time.

Yup, when I read Gadflys speech, I noticed that maybe I really don't have any change. :D But yeah, maybe I'll try again after couple of seasons. :)
