Hi everyone!
Tomorrow we are about to play friendly match with Moldova U23 squad. I hope it will be very interesting match (though I expect it will be pretty tough one too ;)) I don't know Moldova U23 squad and I haven't enough time to make proper examination of their selection.
Moldova is led by LowPing who is one of the experienced managers in the community. It is very difficult to read what he is about to play against us as he has great variety of possibilities and he will use them for sure! But that's what make the game great and I am really looking forward to that match! :)

I would like to hear your opinions on our last match (especially your criticism please)... I would like to hear your opinion on what I have made wrong. I can analyze it from my point of view but it is always better to have much more opinions.
The worst thing of all is that I was quite happy with the tactics I have made for Moldova. But my enthusiasm lasted only few minutes until first goal ended up in our net. And then others and others coming :(
Please help me improve my performance... Thanks

From my little experience, I can say that you can use a more offensive tactic. That is 4-4-2 or 3-5-2. You can also use a more offensive tactic in matches against stronger opponents. Giving all on defense there is no chance to creat chances and score unless you have a superdivine (pace, technique and striking) attacker.
The tactic you used against Moldova, was very good on defensive. However, the defenders should have high skill on playmaking and passing to give the ball right and make quick attackings. Once again, the problem in striking is still there.

In general i liked several aspects of the setting like the 5 defenders and their position but since u asked especially for any mistakes that we might see, I have spotted one.
It seems that our line up was not set up for throwins which we got a lot and usually the players were too far away and we had to give up possesion.

Τhat is what exactly what i spotted.
You tried to wing defend from. We concede 2 goals from a throw in that our right back executes and there is not a single player near. Also the same player defends to high at times which gives the opportunity to his pacy opponent to march along and serve the assists to the striker.
Also the defensive midfielders were played to high for my taste and were unable to offer much.

Thanks for your comments! I will try to sort out problems connected with throws-in in a better way... I know that it's my problem - I'm trying to make the players not taking too much unnecessary runs. But in case of throws-in these runs are pretty crucial...
About tactic offensiveness - I chose this one as I didn't know at all what Moldova is about to play so I wanted to cover their potential winger. But unfortunately it didn't work. Next time I will go for more offensive one (and I would leave you decide a bit about the way we play :))
