Hello everybody,

I felt like writing because I was watching EVLOGHTOS when he was NT for the Greek squad and I must say that it was very interesting the way he was setting up the tactics. I also admit that I have learned quite a few thinks from him.

I also cannot forget the wins of Greece over much stronger opponents due to his tactics and I think he was the most succesfull NT manager Greece has ever had. He had though precious help from the community. He had a unique way to attract people and watch the Greece's NT games. It was amazing.

For the first time I will 'leave' from Czech power and vote EVLOGHTOS because I think he is the best for the time being for Cyprus NT and I am sure he will succeed.

can you help me to bring cypriot users from hattrick ? i already wrote to all 5th leagues there. show somehow that you really care about cyprus, because i dont remember you ever in cyprus helping people here. most people just want to be nt coach but they would not do anything else for country.

The job of Nt is not the way that you mean.The job of Nt coach is to win games to increase ranking and to make other users have appetite by watching nt games.Also job of Nt is to find new talented players and give them experience by playing Nt games for the good of a country.

Your question is inappropriate(aND I DONT UNDERSTAND why you make this question on my nt topic and you dont look your election..And leave the cyprus users decide what they want.).Ι m greek ΜΑΝ...and only for that reason i want to help with my way KYPROS..If i am nt coach of KYPROS..Is like iam nt coach of HELLAS.
And i have help private and speak with cyprus managers in the past when they asked me to do it..
The job of nt coach is neither a promoter..neither tutor..neither admin...neither moderator...So when these elections finished if you not be elected as coach i want to see you helping the cyprus community with that way you mean also after this election...if you love KYPROS so much.

At the end as you see by replies on my topic..by other Cyprus users im not unknown for them and they know me very good..

You cant imagine how important is this job (to bring new users and mentor them) for such small countries like Cyprus. How important it is to care about actual users, help them with whatever they need and try to make the game better for them so they will be more active and communicative.

This is small country, it is really not the same as in greece, czech or other big countries where you need only to be good tactician. I know how it looked when i came here many seasons ago. Cyprus National Team was far the worst in sokker. There were almost no active users here, and if some cypriot wrote on forum it was just once per week or two. There were no young players and only very few cypriots had juniors.

Without that job i have previously mentioned, Cyprus would be at the position as Camerun is now. Doesnt matter how good coach you are if you have no active users


I really dont care if im or someone else is national coach if he does his job properly, because only I do care is good of Cyprus. And I hope all cypriots think the same

Great text, mate. I surely agree that. Having to comment on, that the job of NT coach really is to win games and increase ranking. Connecting on that, surely new (or old) players would be more interested on the NT, if it succeeds. And when that happens, surely players got more interest in this game, and there would be more active community and association. That, making players interested in this game, is as well kind of a part of NT Coach job. And that brings new users too.

For candidating a NT, I really think is a engagement. If you happen to be elected, you have to treat the NT, and the community of the NT's country just like your own team and own contry. Probably even more. That already said, that if people really are ready to take care of a NT, they show their caring at the time. And if here pops up a question, where can we know who cares of our/someone elses NT, trust me. You can see it.

Also, I think, that if somewhere out there just pops up a guy, who says, that I am ready to be a NT coach for you country, he's a gloryhunter, a cheater, or just somehow else suspicious. And I think, that because you Cypriots do not actually know a lot of me, you could think like that. But really, if I wouldn't like Cyprus, or wouldn't like to be in your countrys NT things, why would I go on elections or even spin around in Cyprus forums? Why wouldn't I try to be in Finlands, my home countrys, NT's staff and stuff?

I also understand, that EVLOGHTOS really cares of your country. Think about it. Cyprus is actually kind of a part of Greece. As Åland is a part of Finland, that would be a collation. In Åland Islands, 90% of people are Swedish. Still I think that it is a part of my home country, as it is. With Greece and Cyprus that would roughly be the same thing. I think you understood. So, I believe, that for EVLOGHTOS it would really be the same as to be the coach of Hellas. But as I spoke about that caring thing, I really think, that ostulc and friends care about Cyprus. They have done some kind of job with Cyprus for an appalling long time. So I believe, that it would be a hard choice to you guys to make your decisions.

I would also like to speak with you Cypriots more, but I feel like no-one wants to talk with me. Might it be because of the thing, that you might think that I am just some kind of foreigner who just talks his own things and thinks he is something? Well, I don't know.

But it surely would be nice to talk with some other human, than to with just myself. =)

When i was elected In Hellas as nt coach my one target was to make new users see nt games and to be involved with the PART of NATIONAL SOKKER TEAM!And i succeded it with my own different way..
If you had a chance to see the sokker Hellas federation forum that is only for greek users and SOME cyprus you could understand what job.. i have done when i was Nt coach of Hellas..

It s not you mate. I mean you are doing nothing wrong. You candidated last season and we got to know you while you were a member of the NT staff.

Sometimes in small communities there is nothing more to do. If you add to that that no one/ very few people have a sufficient knowledge of the game, well if they know someone who trust it is really difficult to change how things are. The guy who has proven knowledge past experience or even speaks the language has an advantage .
