it is a maximum player can earn in training, when he plays additional nt matches difference is only about +5% which is nothing if you consider risk of injury when player can lose much more training than he could ever get from playing in national team


i feel we have just very bad luck about strikers. we did everything we could to improve our offensive power, saving strikers from new teams, watching their training and consulting it with actual owners; but they mostly have pretty bad talent and if there were superb potential juniors from your youth schools - they were only keepers, defenders and midfielders


this is why countries like malta have strikers with sum of skills (pace+technique+striking) about 45 and we have only 37 max and believe me it is very annoying to play with such weak strikers against countries with divine defenders

Maybe I can just add some example (as one of the Maltese striker that has played against us spent a lot of time in my team). When I sold him, he was something like this:

Louis Cremona, age: 23
weak stamina ? keeper
incredible pace solid? defender
incredible technique adequate? playmaker
good? passing brilliant striker

or somewhat like that (unfortunately I wasn't using SV at that time already relying only on my Plus) It's season ago, you can imagine how he looks today. If we had such strikers, it would be great. Not mentioning that Cremona is far from being best ;)

@panahand: As I told you that there was quite a problem with positioning of the strikers. Unfortunately I sent our only striker at opponent's great defenders with salary about 18.000€, it may have looked quite different if he was going at those with salary about 7.500€ :) But that doesn't mean that I want to make me excuse. As I told you, I know that it wasn't a good match :(

Mate ostulc..i think you must protect some players at the last friendly..in order to go at qualifications full of players without missings..
