Well, the best thing is that we are not only 2-3 people who have academies anymore. People who I didn't know they existed have good junior schools/coaches and they produce a really decent amount of young promising players each week,our future is bright :)))

thanks, we should do this statistics in previous seasons too. It realy nicely shows our progress.
As you said, we have very strong U21 team this season and this might be our most succesful season so far

About next season WC Q, we will have incredibly strong midfielders and I dont think there will be problem with strikers if Altuner will be OK. But as you mentioned, Im very worried about our defense, because we dont have any 20yr defs now and our actual 19yrs will be still pretty weak in compare to our U21 defs in this season

you are right, number of junior academies is very important for future of country, like i wrote in topic Junior teams + league. I see only problem with economy of many cypriot users. They write me almost every day asking what to do because they are - 300 000 $

yep we should focus on this goal in long term view
if i count right we need to reach 64-66th position to be in 4rd pot which would mean two weaker teams in qualification group -> thus more fun and more points.

yes it is 64, because in those 2 groups with 7 teams there are two teams from the 6th pot, that would be terno to get in such group :-)

Indeed, it's just as Nostalgie says - the most important factor is the number of pulled juniors (that means number of youth schools :)). And we are really improving in it :) There are many great juniors that were pulled quite recently and many others are hopefully on the way :)

64th place... That will be pretty difficult - we were climbing pretty fast because our ranking was really undervaluated a lot. Now it will be much more difficult job - but we have to try it :)

our midfielders and Altuner are like from different worlds next to the other players ! Surprisingly amazing performance of our 19yr Vedia Tokel who scored hattrick in his first game for U21 !
