Subject: Training development center

The only way to strengthen Cyprus is to find a way to develop youth talents and give them the right training . We can make a list of trainers with the skill they are training (updating this every month) just to know where a youth talent can take right training . U21 and main coaches will select the type of training a player needs and then we must find suitable trainers . Something like this :

GK TRAINERS :
Demetris .... type of training : gk - pace

DEF TRAINERS :
Lorenzso .... type of training : def

MID .... etc

I would like all Cypriot users to do this just to know which skill you are training right know to help a player that can be NT star . Trasfers in logical prices (NT helps here)

I have seen that in Kypros Juniors you post the pulls and Nostalgie and Ostulc respond immediately if the player has chances to be NT player . When you pull a nice talent - player , Ostulc and Nostalgie are posting which is the right training , if you want to keep him , please follow the instructions of them , if you want to sell him , it would be nice to post him here with the price you need . We will try to find suitable buyers - trainers cause player must not be damaged !!

example .. I pulled a player like this :

age 18

good pace --- poor def
very good tech ---- adequate playm
weak pass ---- excellent striker

And ostulc or nostalgie told me that needs pace this year but i am training defs .. I will post him here with the money i want to take and his talent (if this is possible)
In the end , here you can post players that are 22y+ and have NT chances to find suitable buyer with Euloghtos thoughts of training .

We have to keep up the good work that Czech Republic mates started and go Cyprus to the next level !!

We will wait the response of NT coaches to your questions for sure .

My opinion : Dereseven is good player .. He will be def or def - mid with extra passing trainings , Ostulc will decide his future :)

Camgoz needs technique immediately i think and it would be good for you to sell him .. We are waiting here Euloghtos opinion :)
