Subject: How to become a millionaire

2011-01-03 18:58:44
Many cypriot users have big financial issues. They play sokker many seasons without any progress. They are still in minus or even close to bancrupt. They cannot afford better coaches for their training players or juniors. They cannot afford better players. They spend all money in old players, stadium or expensive coaches. They dont train their players properly or they train players which are not worth it.

I try to help them individually but I find it more efficient to write some kind of financial guide for all cypriot users.

--------------------------------------
1, How to make big money

First of all I want to say that sponsorship money and money from tickets are so small in sokker that they can hardly cover better coaches even if you play in top division. If you do not invest in training and junior school it is practically impossible to make some progress and money. You will get stucked with weak players which are not improving and the game will be boring for you.

More money = better players. It is obvious. You have more money -> You can buy better quality players and be more succesful. All you need to do is to focus on making money.

2, How to give proper training to your players

You must know how to train players - If you dont train your players properly all this guide is useless for you. It is very important to think about which coaches you can afford before you start recrutation or buying coaches. There has been written many guides about that (more there).

3, Is important to know which players are worth to be trained

You must know which players you should train, this is very important. Many people train weak 20-23yr players and they dont realize that they can hardly make any money by their training. Also if you buy young players 16-18 it doesn´t automatically mean that you make big money on their training. If you don´t have much money for buying young players, get some 16-17. If you get a little more, you can get also 18yr old players. I dont recommend older players, they must be usually quite expensive to be worth of training)

4, real examples - motivation for you
how you can make big money in short time if you know which players are best to raise their price.

5, And now some practice - which players shall I buy ?

KEEPER TRAINING- you need to find 2players.
- min good keeper for 16yr (min poor pace+passing), solid for 17yr (min weak pace+passing) and excellent for 18yr (min average pace+passing).
- You can choose if they will be for long term training or you sell them immediately after pop.
- Compare wages of similar keepers - you can easily see which one of them is before pop

I am just questioning.
Supposed I had that Bennyson and popped to good striker. Then I planed to train passing and midfielders and then pace or technique. Would you sold him immediately after popping to good striker or keep him for a couple of seazons to train him again?
2011-01-03 20:54:47

? he is only average striker

and strikers need to train only technique and pace (and striking). everything else is waste for them.
you cannot train strikers in passing and playmaking
