i think it will be a PLUS if we:

(i) could actually see what position a junior is,instead of trying every week different places and at the end you have a junior that played 20 weeks ATT with skills ex. poor striker and very good defender!!!

(ii)could change during the game the formation of our team.ex if winning by 2 goals or more change to DEF tactics or something like that!

(i) This can't be done I guess... Plus is here to make the game more comfortable - not to give you an advantage against non-Plus users...
(ii) This would be good but I've heard it's complicated (or even impossible) to implement it... :(

i dont think so. I think devs like the mystery around juniors (uknown talent, unknown skills) thus they won´t change it because of it

its all pure luck i think!!!

i just saw that junior koupanos played 2 games as a MID and turned out as a good striker with mid unsatisf!!!!!

i beleive its all about your junior's coach skills (e.x if has unearthly in pace striking and passing you will probably gfet juniors with these skills high!!)

and btw if thats the case then this SUCKS!!!

That is of course the only way right now. But some kind of advice of the juniors skills would be nice. It could as well show all the positions next to the junior, and you could click them, and... Well, now it shows the average level of the junior, it could show the average level of the junior to each place. So;

btw Pehlivan (that 17yr striker I bought) played always as defender and he had marks 26-32. I say it all the time, marking of defenders in junior school is bugged

The most important aspect for a longterm strategy in the game is strong management of the economics of the team - which is synonymous to good training :)


Darren was also the mentor for me and orestis and he helped us build strong economies. However, what darren wrote are just guidelines and some good ways to build a strong economy. There are many other ways based on the same strong principles and the general idea is make smart calculated moves.

And remember it really doesnt take too long. In quite a short time you can create teams with very high value

picked him up from junior school for only 2 weeks and kept him only because he was 16 years old...

well if he was older he would be useless with that skills, now he is pretty promising (all depends on talent of course)

which of course is also very tricky one and hard to be sure of!!!
only if u train each player for a month or more and then calculate his talent to be 75% sure of his talent...its waste of time too!!!

it is not waste of time, if he shows up to be talented you win a lottery and national team superb player in few seasons :)

With this way you must be lucky ... With training you must be only organized :)

Some of them are pretty weak, i wouldn't keep them

FROM THIS PLAYERS Poulopoulos..will come out as magical with talent less than 3.5 alekos kleiotis magical to unearthly...And Lazaridis..with lowest talent 3.11....unearthly..;)
