Dear friends !

The election time is here and I am interested in job of your U21 NT coach. I think you know me a little bit from forum, but I will try to tell something about me. Actually I am playing in 3rd league in Czech republic and I am training young and talented defenders. I have some experiences with national teams:
In the past and sometimes I help ostulc with Kypros and I am Czech republic U21 NT scout.
In my personal life I am student of grammar school and I would like to be a doctor, but it is the music of future :-)

So, now it is time to say something about my plans with Kypros. However I would like to continue in ostulc´s great work with Kypros, maybe I am not as good as him, but I gonna do my best :-).... This season the team will be playing some friendly matches, so I will try to learn how to play with such players. My objective in this season is to improve the Kypros rank. In next season I want to qualificate into WC, but it depends on generation of players and it is maybe little bit utopic :-) But it is my wish....

I think it´s enough :-)
I would be happy for every vote or every question, which I can answer :-)

+1 but one question, with same opponents you will play defencive or offensive?:)

uh, It depends on situation and the quality of opponent. I ussualy play on 5 defenders with my team, beacause I train defenders and I use all training posts. I like to play on 5 defenders and chances with a wing...
But with Kypros it is not a good idea to play on 5 defenders, so I will prefer to play on 4 defenders and try to play offensivelly :-)

I would like to say thank you for you votes and trust. I will try to do my best.
Actually we will play firstly with Azerbaycyan, it would be interesting match, because first I have to learn to how to play with such players.
And I have to say that ostulc have won in czech republic, so you can congrats to new Czech trainer :-)
