My plan...
Community
I believe that he key thing is the connection with the community. Especially in NT like yours whit not many active users, so to be succesfull I hope to find a nice, warm and suppoting community. i want to get everybody involved. I will write previews and reviews before and after the games and I will accept any debates, comments and critisism ( as long as they are not offensive but i hope it will not be the case).
Tactics and management:
I don't have a magical tactic or something, whit your help I will try to find the best tactical aproach for every single game. Of course, we can't win every game but we need to win games against teams of our level. Nr. 64 is not good enough in my oppinion, so i hope to get Kypros higher in rankings.
Database...well, database needs to be constantly updated so I will be doing that also.
Players... When possible I want to give games to young player that could be a NT solution in the future... for that I hope to have a good comunication whit the U21 manager.
Staff... I don't have any staff member right now but like I said i believe that all the comminuty is part of NT staff, so everybody is invited.

NT is a serious matter so I want to assure you that I understand the responsabillity of a NT manager and I will be comitted to this job. Also I have enough free time to run the NT so no worries in this matter:)
