Τέλος πάντων αυτή είναι η άποψή μου. Απο εκεί και πέρα σύμφωνα με το πλάνο σου εσύ ξέρεις καλύτερα.

Βασικά αν προπονείς ταχύτητα ρε φιλε και έχεις μόνο 9 παίκτες κάτω των 27( χαριστικά κιολας 27) σημαίνει χάνεις 13 θέσεις προπόνησης.
Θα εμπορούσες να πιάσεις φτηνούς παίκτες να δώσεις ταχύτητα και που θα έρτει ο καιρός να γυρίσεις τέρμα να τους πουλήσεις - να κρατήσεις τα 2 τέρματα και με τα λεφτά που θα σου μείνουν που τους υπόλοιπους να στήσεις ομαδαρα.
Τουλάχιστον εγώ έτσι θα το καμνα

its better to try the Coach recruitment instead of buying from transfer!!

i got my coaches with 9-10 tries X 36.000 = paid only around 360k !!!!!!!!

well it depends on coach you are trying to get, recruitment is always gamble :D i prefer to buy coaches because i was never lucky with recruitation :D


I bought this one for 140k, I think it was very good price .. I would definitely pay many times more if i tried to get him in recrutation :D

btw I really feel big diffenrece in those side skills, I had so many RPPs in compare to last weak when i had worse main coach, and I have only outstanding/incredible assistants

I think good main coach is more important than asisstants

I too, never had a trouble recruiting coaches. Well, up to magical actually.

I' ve spend some millions trying for unearthly but no luck so far.

well magical assistants are completely enough :D there is not visible difference between magical and unearthly assistants, only in the feeling that you have the best possible :D btw i had 3 unearthly assistants one time, but i fired them :D

I was trying for main coach and youth coach actually.I have 0 unearthly coaches.

Btw do you know if there is any negative effect having my coaches for a really long time?
I think they are in my team for something like 10-11 seasons and i kinda noticed that especially in my youth squad, skill ups are happening very slowly last 2-3 seasons, it kind of rules out just being unlucky with the talent of the players.

Έδιξες μου τον unearthly εννα φαω μισο εκατομυριο ποψε ...

I never heard about it before and I dont think there is any effect like that in the game. But for good feeling you can fire them and hire youngers :D (but i dont think it will change anything since age of coaches doesnt matter in the game)

Ντάξει μάγους εν έυκολο να πιασεις. ετραβησα 10 τωρά, οι 3 ήταν μαγικοί και οι 2 μάλιστα με καλό μισθο...
