Hello my friends,
it seems that you know everything about Sokker, but just to be sure, that you know what to do to be good in this game, I will try to write here some advice. If you will be good in this game, you will be abble to help Kypros and thats what I want to :-) I see there is a lot of new users...
Anyway...
1) I think that you know that you can do tactics... But if you dont know that, here is the example:

tactic can help you to beat someone with better players and to make the game more attractive for you
2) How to get money?
Yes, you can have money for playing matches or from sponsors, but the most important way is byuing good players and training them...
You will need 3 assistants (the important is only general skill and price-in the begining it is good to have at least "solid" assistant) and 1 main coach with unearthly skill, which you want to train...
The training will receive only the players who will play in matches, so it is good idea, to play friendlies on wednesday and it is good idea to have a biggest possible amount of trained players (for example the maximal number of trained defenders on defending is 10-with good effectivity)...more is in "rules and in faq"
3) It is imporant for Kypros, to have new juniors...so it is good idea to open youth school (when you will have enough of money)...You have to buy 1 youths coach (at least formidable) and open some places in youth school...I think, that in this situation, is every youth school imporant ;-)
And I think thats all I´ve have wanted to say...If you have any questions, dont be affraid ;-)
Yes and if you will give me your votes and I will win the elections...I think we will need better communication and cooperation... I want to know everything about every Cypriot under 20 years and your juniors...I see there is a lot of youth schools, but just a few of juniors ends on forum
