Subject: Skyland u21

Hi
I am skyland and the last three years i was coach of Irland u21 team. After this season i decided to resign and give chance someone new.
During this three years i focus in training young players and all slots in my club are occupied by Irish guys.
I developed a lot of key players, so i know how to build team in small community .

If you give me chance for 4 seasons i will try to implement the same training strategy. Also i will try to move u21 higher in the ranking - my object is to get to third pot.

So if you are looking coach who is focus on develop u21 team please give me your vote
