Hello, I am RafalCK and I come from the beautiful Poland . I play this game with passion, and I decided to candidate for the Kypros national sokker team .
A few words about me....My name is Rafal, I'm 23 , and I work as a teacher in a high-school , and I have plenty of time for sokker because my schedule allows me that.
I have succeded two promotion in a row to the 5th league, but this season was as good but don't promote J play qualifying match . . .

OK, enough about me...now let me talk about my plans for the Kypros national sokker team:
I'd like to create a solid structure , based on other users' help and experience , who also want to involve in this mission. It won't be easy ,but together we can do a lot of beautiful things.
I would also like to recruit users for every compartiment: goalkeeping, defence , midfielders and attacking.
Together we must find "the best of the best"of what Kypros sokker has at the moment. We are going to be a strong team that will decide tactics together for every match.
I'll also need you in order to spy the opposite team together , and then to choose together the best and perfect line-up.
I am not saying I'll do miracles. but what I can promisse you is that I will do my very best not to disappoint you.

Obtaining results in the first season will be tough,so my main target will be the training of your players and expanding the numbers of users.

J playing sokker 8 season J experienced player.
J winner in the 5 league in Poland.
Polish league is very hard in contrary Slovakia league.


Tactics:

I like it to try all the time new tactics, this season my first team has played 3 r 4 different tactics.

Hi!

I played sokker 2 years and I'm playing now in strong IV league in Poland.

I'm 19 y.o. so I'm not child. I study now in Hi-school. It's school witch "make" fireman.

My players played at 40-50% so that evidence of that I can select players and make good tactics for this players.

I wont to make first step to bulid this NT. I think that my experience is sufficient to by first Coach of Kypros.

We can't win World Cup in first season but I (with your help) can make better Kypros NT


I know that this is not a lot of info but I anwer at all question.

Tactics:
I preffer 4-1-3-2 and 4-3-3 but important is that I make tactics for players who I have. if I will have a lots of players in datbase I can make better tactics and make better selection.

the best for a country like kypros are :
1.to come more users to Kypros
2.after every team to have a coach from [12]skil and up for the young team
3.to sell young players to teams which will train them (or to advise the owner what training needs the player if he has the right coaches)
4. we need time for all of that

and if Kypros win in a game what is result if Kypros don't put the right training program for the players and also don't have junior players with some skils after some seasons ???

there are some countries with only 200 users and they have a very good national team so about Kypros there is a very long way for having a very good national team.
as i said i want to help this National Team and i don't write for how long time i play 1 or 2 or 3 years Sokker because this doesn;t say anything for my opinion .
by the way everybody can see for how long time a user play this game .
i can't say that if you vote me i will change the result of Kypros until now but i will have hours of talking with the only 10 users of Kypros for the best result and the best kypros players are going to play ,the rest of them can play at friendly games
and after we (the 10 users and I) can decide for the best .
