great shot the 3-2 goal, wasnt it....but this is Czech mentality, instead of playing even harder until the last minute, they sit back and wait and hope the opponent wont score.

yep, that was your mistake... you should replace koller by baros, and try some contras...

good news is...he quits after this match, bad news his assistant will replace him, meaning the same style will continue...

I was watching the Swiss match in the fan zone in Zurich. It was a fantastic atmosphere there, everybody was singing, but just until the moment when they showed the third goal of Turkey.
Suddenly almost everybody was booing. Very sad you couldn't keep the 2:1!! :-(

terrible from cech for the equalizer, probably should have had a penalty when you we're 2-0 up and striker got kicked in the head. blew it at the end of the game though - just fell to pieces instead of keeping things calm and keeping the ball

all in all i think the Czech performance at the Euro was just about as much as we can display at this time. I am happy and proud we have made it to the final tournament. I guess Rosicky would have made some difference, but he was out for injury.
Now we will have a new era, with coach Bruckner, Koller, Galasek and some others retiring from international football.

I have to say I wasn't expecting the score to be that high. I liked how that adjustment I made in having Darby playing close to the winger worked out, I may look at that a bit more. In the main though it was just one of those days...

I've not started the post-mortem on that formation yet. I suspected that if you played with width it'd cause me problems but i didnt expect it to be that bad. That was my normal defence but they completely failed to cover the wide positions for some reason. Civetta getting 6 from 9 against my divine keeper was highly unusual as well. I dont know what i was thinking putting Szeremet in the centre when his form is so bad.

form is fair annoying! iv had a player (my best on stats) play every match for 3 seasons and still have hopeless form! its fair annoying!

I had big form gains this morning but its a bit too late now. I'm getting pissed off with Olavo Domingo as well. The guy should be able to walk into the Brazillian U-21 squad but his form has never topped weak in the 7 months i've had him. Aside from that, my best Irish trainee keeps getting injured. I'm thoroughly pissed with this game at the moment.
