Oscar Jauregui? i can see his skills anyway:) of course i cant paste them here... all what can i say, that i never would like to pay so much for player like that.

5 million doesn't go very far these days. I was looking at the defenders I bought last season and I reckon I could get double what I paid for them even without any training.

yes, but Oscar is not useful in my opinion. to old for training, to weak to play. i dont think that he would have place in my first squad. 5m euro isnt nothing, i would like to invest so much money in better player:)

yeah but you forget I'm lazy and only really log on the odd time so I'm never actually online for player sales! Means I have to over-pay to actually get somebody. Living in New Zealand doesn't really help either with the time-zones

besides I think he's a pretty decent player. his worst skill is solid, and that's as a striker. I'll give him a bit more technique training and that's pretty much it

haha have been on a ton of strikers but have never managed to actually get one. the cost of them is ridiculous too - over 10mill for a few I was looking at

I think youth schools are still more than worth it with the price of players atm.

I think it's just about beneficial to have a decent youth squad.

45k coach x 16 weeks = 720k
25k spaces x 16 weeks = 400k

1.12 million are my season's costs. If i was just looking at players sold then i'm onto a loser by about 400k but the season isn't over and i've not had the greatest pulls to be honest. When you factor in the players you dont sell though, a decent trained youth will fetch 1.5 million each and thats why it's worth investing.

it remains to be seen with the worse players now coming out of the youth squad

that said, there is quite a lot of inflation in the transfer market and players seem to be fetching buckets more each season. always a good thing when your costs remain the same

To get a trainee with potential atm costs about a million so even if you're getting only one or two a season it's still worth it. Also with your own players you know their talent instead of having to believe some guy who's trying to make as much as possible out of it :) I've only had one good pull this season but he's NT quality so I'm not complaining. It looks like I already have 4 or 5 at least for next season with a talent under 4.

yeah, real bad season for me too but have some nice ones coming through next year so I'm happy enough with the youth squad again
