The only reason I'm playing is because the talent will be estimated more correctly.
I watched 30 minutes and turned off! And it'll be the last match I've watched. Too stupid imo and I can't even do anything because I have no idea who's supposed to play where. Makes no sense to me ...

look at ratings.. change positions each week, see best rating.. will take 3 weeks i guess...

Well, you've found out where a player belongs to you don't need to play with him anymore because you know his talent more accurately ;-)
Anyway, it's true that if you spend some time watching your player playing you can get some information where to put them. So managers who are spending this time get an advantage, and that's totally ok!
But I won't spend this time because I don't really see anything good in it ;-)
I will set a line-up though to improve the accuracy of the skill level estimation.

I enjoyed the rubbishness of the players and trying to figure out if they're good at anything :) Like you say there's no benefit but I think it's more a fun feature than anything else.
I'm not too convinced by the ratings. I had a guy rating 48 before he got sent off, does that mean he'll be rating 48 after he's pulled to the senior squad?
stamina also.. if he hit formid he might be :P
