im still pretty sure that whichever player gets to where the ball is going to land first wins the header too, so seems smaller players may be better then

I thought there was a big difference between Holt and Sanabria after the update. They have similar skill levels in pace tech and PM but Holt seemed able to shake defenders a lot better from a standing start.

interesting to see how imporant they actually are according to these stats.. though obviously theres variation week in week out, but seems most decent teams in first divisions have at least 1 top striker...

what did you expect ??? scoring goals with midfielders ?? imo good defense and a least 1 desecent striker is the key for success at this level.

i always thought that mids were of high importance.. keeper sems random.. if you have a useless guy on superdivine form they are awesome anyway!
then again i hafnt had a good guy to actually test and see the results with, so dunno ^^

hhm, at least it worked for me.... it took me only 6 seasons to reach premier division. but know i have to rebuild my team. i got a descent goalie who can handle the striking abilities of top forwards, at least i hope so. and build up a strong midfield for game dominance.... but this will take time... my be one day i can beat bad tactics ;-)

haha yeah i guess that is the aim really...
but shaneteam is probably sitting on half a fortune anyway..
he does train a lot of irish stars for us though which is good :)

EIT: im wonderign should i do what steve does and sell all my trainees when they are of age and have like 30-50 million to spend on more trainees and maybe 4-5 more squad players, or just keep a few and get promoted...
i would be selling a few of them anyway obviously when theyre past being worth training... but would be nice to have a massive income of cash to get the ball rolling with again.. thing is it would be another 4 seasons of training id have to do before i would have a decent team together!
